Elzabé joined Creation Capital in 2017 and currently serves as Key Individual and Internal Compliance Officer. She has over 18 years of experience in the investment and financial industry, with a strong passion for compliance, portfolio management, and wealth management.

For the past ten years, she has managed and overseen financial services operations for various Financial Service Providers (FSPs), ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Elzabé has completed all required regulatory exams, Registered Persons exams for Equity Markets (SAIFM) and also holds a National Diploma in Business Management.

She is currently pursuing an Occupational Certificate in Compliance at Moonstone Business School of Excellence.
