NOMAKHOSI SKOSANA
Non-Executive Director, Chairperson of Audit, Risk and Compliance
Nomakhosi, a Non-Executive Director, serves as the Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee at Creation Capital. She is currently the Managing Director of a diverse technology platform responsible for integrating bespoke solutions that enable up to 30 million users to engage with their clients and vice versa.

Non-Executive Director
Suhana, an Independent Non-Executive Director at Creation Capital, also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Invequity. Invequity is the majority shareholder of Creation, through one of their private equity funds.
HEINRICH ODENDAAL
Deputy Chairman, Creation Capital
Heinrich co-founded Creation Capital in 2017 and has held leadership roles in the asset and investment management industry since 1998. He practiced as an attorney in South Africa before being admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2002.

Freddy is a Chartered Accountant who joined Creation Capital in 2022 and holds the position of Chief Investment Officer. He is a seasoned debt investment specialist with nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in specialist financing, asset management, finance, and investment banking. He has transacted in South Africa and selected countries across the African continent.

Lunga joined Creation Capital in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Director with more than 18 years of professional experience. His expertise spans finance, governance, risk management, compliance, change management, project management, systems, and business process improvement.

George has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and banking industry, with extensive expertise in risk, asset liability management, trading models, and simulations. His area of specialisation include fixed income, portfolio valuation, yield curve construction, long-term foreign exchange, and fixed income derivatives.

Karabo is an accomplished investor-operator entrepreneur with a strong background in the financial industry, including extensive exposure to private credit. She founded Amara Strategic Investments in 2020, focusing on fintech and financial inclusion.

Chairman – Investment Committee
Willie joined Creation Capital in 2020 as Independent Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is an industrial engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector.
BENNIE SCHRAADER
Independent Member of The Investment Committee
Bennie is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with more than 30 years of corporate credit experience in banking and insurance, holding senior management positions across various sectors. He serves as an independent member of the Investment Committee at Creation Capital.
