Heinrich Odendaal
Chief Executive Officer, Creation Capital
Heinrich co-founded Creation Capital in 2017 and has held leadership roles in the asset and investment management industry since 1998. He practiced as an attorney in South Africa before being admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2002.
Heinrich successfully built an international fund administration business, serving numerous funds and global banks. An expert in family wealth structuring, he is also the co-author of several books on international investments and taxation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and has been involved in private credit, asset finance, and related industries since 2008.
Heinrich holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and an Advanced Diploma in International Tax, which he achieved summa cum laude.
