Lunga joined Creation Capital in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Director with more than 18 years of professional experience. His expertise spans finance, governance, risk management, compliance, change management, project management, systems, and business process improvement.
After completing his articles, Lunga spent three years in a senior financial role at one of South Africa’s large banks in the Fiduciary Services Division. In 2007, he transitioned to a leading food production group, where he spent over 13 years in various executive roles, including Divisional Financial Director, Group Chief Risk Officer, and Head of Corporate and Shared Services.
In these positions, he served as a member of the Executive Committee and reported to the Group Audit, Risk, and Credit Committee.
