Nomakhosi, a Non-Executive Director, serves as the Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee at Creation Capital. She is currently the Managing Director of a diverse technology platform responsible for integrating bespoke solutions that enable up to 30 million users to engage with their clients and vice versa.

Previously, she was Managing Executive at Vodacom Group, one of Africa’s largest network providers. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, ICT, and financial services industries, Nomakhosi has expertise in finance, corporate governance, and strategic operational management.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Thames Valley University (Milpark Business School) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of the North (Limpopo). She completed her articles at Deloitte and is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa.
