Siegfried Uken
Head of Property, Creation Capital
Siegfried is a property executive and serves as Head of Property at Creation Capital. With 23 years of banking experience, he has held leadership roles in property funding and asset management.
He began his career at Fisher Hoffman Sithole (now PKF), where he completed his articles. In 1997, he joined Investec Private Bank, focusing on high-net-worth individuals’ financial needs. He later worked at Standard Bank Private Bank as a Wealth Manager and as part of the Advisory Team at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB).
Recognising a growing property investment focus among wealthy clients, Siegfried transitioned to commercial property finance. In 2013, he was appointed National Head of First National Bank’s (FNB) Commercial Property Finance division, later leading FNB’s Investment Property Division and national head office footprint strategy.
He holds a BCompt Honours degree, a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting, and a Certified Financial Planning qualification.
